Smart Property Lets is led by Linda Swan and David Smart in addition to Louise Latham working on a part time basis. We have viewing/inspection agents as part of our team.

Linda has worked in the industry for over 10 years, Linda saw a gap in the market for an agent offering truly personalised service operating over seven days a week.

David has worked in the industry now for several years also spending a lot of time working in Inverclyde primarily specialising in sales of properties with sitting tenants and boasts fantastic feedback and repeat custom.

Our directors work within the business daily. Linda and David’s growth within estate agency has been predominantly down to repeat business and customer recommendations.

We offer an unrivalled personal service using various platforms to promote our estate agency with fantastic estate agency software combined a quality of service with excellent value for money. We serve Inverclyde and surrounding areas across the West of Scotland
